What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands,” and is based on the idea that energy flows through us and is what fuels our Life Force. If our energy or life force is low, then we are more susceptible to illness. If our energy or life force is high, we are more apt to be healthy and happy.
Reiki is a holistic healing art that works by unblocking our body’s inner energy systems known as chakras. Many times these chakras are blocked by the negative thought emotions of anger, anxiety, doubt, fear, stress, and worry, and these blockages can lead to a low life force and bodily illnesses. Reiki Practitioners address these negative emotions gently and non-invasively through the use of guided meditation and visualization, and hand placement to deliver positive energy. This positive energy helps unblock the body’s chakra areas, and increases the life force of those being treated to support healing, and improve overall health.

Scheduling your Reiki session:
Reiki sessions are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Saturday Reiki sessions are available by appointment only.
There are no Reiki sessions available on Wednesdays.
